Show up for yourself. Practice is a priority be willing to do the work. The hardest part is showing up.
Create space in your body. Surrender into breath and flow. Space in the body always creates space in the mind.
Connect with the breath. Shut off the mind temporarily and be with your breath and body here in the present moment.
Connect with others. Even when it feels vulnerable find community with others. Practice together.
Cultivate trust. Everything in life happens for you and with a reason. Show up as your authentic self.
My yoga journey
I have been practicing yoga for about 3 years. I found it was the remedy for my anxiety. In 2024 I wanted a more consistent practice. A change in goals, habits, and mindset. I enrolled in a RYT-200 teacher training at The Yoga Dojo. After my teacher training I am more confident in myself and my practice. I benefited from being stronger physically and mentally. Yoga helps me strengthen my body while calming my mind. It has had such an impact on my life, I want to be able to share that with others. I am all for expressing yourself through movement and flow. My style consists of rocket yoga, slow flows, and inversions. Whether you want a vinyasa flow or something more chill and relaxing, I am your girl!
